Sketching in front of others

Many new designers only sketch digitally so they can use drawing assist and to erase mistakes. It's a useful tool, but there's good reason why seasoned designers prefer pen and paper.

When you're with a client, it's helpful to use sketches to communicate with them. Drawings always communicate a problem or idea faster than words. And just as importantly, sketching very well in front of others can leave a powerful impact on them, where what you advise becomes even more credible.
