Finches don’t care which bird feeder you choose to buy.

They don’t care that you invested in one with drain holes, a squirrel lock, galvanized metal, and rot-resistant cedar. Feeders aren’t for birds.

Feeders are designed for you to see birds. It’s easy done, but you still see bird mansions and elaborate feeders.

Sometimes the important part is simply how the customer feels.
