Good feedback
We want to give people good feedback, but we don’t know everything. No one has ever known everything, so giving good feedback has never required that.
Direct your attention to the design, not the designer.
Describe the problems you see, not your solutions.
Be prepared to be questioned.
You can’t explain everything when a project keeps moving. Focus on the technical issues and lead to a discussion when possible. Good feedback is suggesting good technical changes and direction. Great feedback is when everyone learns something.
